2.1 Due to the nature of Ecoacher.com products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product therefore we DO NOT offer refund after your order is already done or has reached 75% completion.
2.2 If your order has not started you are eligible for a full refund (100%) or store credit for the amount paid to us.
2.3 If your order has already started you are eligible for a partial refund depending on the current status of your order.
2.4 In case you purchase a duo(carry) type of boost and you are not available to participate(fully or partially) for the order completion, you can ask for refund or partial refund for the unfinished order amount, as well as to contact us in order to reassign your booster.
3.1 You, the customer, are eligible to keep track and always ask for information regarding your order progress trough our 24/7 live support or via email.
3.2 You, the customer, are eligible to always chat with your booster via implemented chat box system in your profile and ask your booster about order specifics and order progress.
3.3 All orders will be started and executed by a professional player as soon as it is humanly possible. In rare occasions, due to unavailability of a booster at this time your order might be slightly delayed. You will be informed before you purchase the requested from you boost. In order to check our current booster availability, make sure to ask our 24/7 live support.
3.4 In case of a duo purchase (carry) type of boost you can contact us via live chat or your private chat with your booster to re/schedule your order for a time that fits you best.
3.5 You can reschedule your order for no more than 72 hours prior the order purchase. If you need to re/schedule your order for more than 72 hours after the order purchase, you must contact us via email or via live chat on the website
4.1 Ecoacher.com Guarantees the privacy of your account information, as well as the safety of your account while your order is being processed.
4.3 We guarantee that all our boosters are tested, skilled and they are not using any kind of third party software that violates the game mechanics.
4.4 Ecoacher.com Is not responsive for any kind of against boosting activities from game developers. In case your account gets banned because of activity of game developers(ban waves) not because of our players, Ecoacher.com is not going to compensate you. If the reason for the ban is fraudent activity from our players, we will compensate you accordingly.
5.1. You, the customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
5.2. You agree to cooperate with any investigation of Ecoacher regarding fraudulent or improper activities.
5.3. Customers are allowed to post comments and ratings. However Ecoacher.com reserves the right to remove or edit such comments if they are found to be: illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights of or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.
5.4. You agree to indemnify and hold Ecoacher.com and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
5.5. Customers accept the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for so that they might perform to the best of their abilities.
5.6. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don’t follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost. This rule also applies for any kind of Duo(carry) type of boosts in which you play outside of the scheduled hours with your booster.
5.7 If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Ecoacher.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
6.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support or admins at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.
6.2. Customers have the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters via our website for additional information.
6.3. Customers have the right to request changing of their booster if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without an excuse.
6.4. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.
6.5. Customers have the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However, if the chosen booster is too occupied, we’ll switch it to someone else.
6.7. If our boosters offer you service that Ecoacher.com provides, without using the website (private boosting/coaching) and you have proof of that, we will give you a free boost, equal to your order amount(no more than 100$).
6.8. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright.
7.1 You can always request termination or deactivation of your account at Ecoacher.com. Prior doing so, you can email us or ask our 24/7 live support regarding such an action.
7.2 All information entered on the website is protected regarding all GDPR regulations.
7.4 Ecoacher.com guarantees that all gathered information will not be shared or exposed to third partys.
8.1 Ecoacher.com gives you a limited license to access the website with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only.
